The Oxfam Project

The focus of this project is to uphold cultural techniques of embroidery whilst intergrating gold work with second hand jewellery. Using jewellery and fabrics from Oxfam, Yasin produced a garment that is luxurious whilst using second hand materials. From this, Yasin produced another garment using the same elements to prestigious embroidery company Hand and Lock and became a finalist in 2015.
